New for 2019, the Kriega OS-22 Soft Pannier looks like a great option for a smaller dual sport adventure bike. The panniers require a frame to mount properly to your bike. Each pannier bag is made from HYPALON + 1000D Cordura with a waterproof liner, aircraft grade alloy buckles, KEVLAR webbing, and comes with a security cable block. Per bag weight is 2.6 kg (91.7 oz) and carry volume is 22 litres (1340 cu in).
