There are plenty of small knifes suitable of most camping duties. Gerber’s new Freescape Folding Sheath Knife could be a good option with its dual thumb studs for single-hand opening and a safety that allows the user to lock the knife closed when not in use. Its 9 cm (3.5 inch) blade is constructed from 7Cr17MoV steel. It also has a “super-grippy rubberised Freescape textured handle.”
