A SMALL SHELTER
A bivouac sack shelter, that covers your sleeping bag, may not be for everyone as it’s more commonly associated with extreme lightweight hiking or mountaineering. If you don’t want to carry a tent and only expect to camp on the odd occasion, or like sleeping under-the-stars, a bivouac made from modern fabrics could be a good option. Alpkit’s Hunka is waterproof and breathable, lightweight (weighs 376g) and packs down to a 15cm sized sphere.
