Adam Cramer works on vintage motorcycles, for him this is a “lost art ... we don’t have the eye anymore” he says. Although there’s a small counter-culture movement engaged in custom bike building, the type of work Adam Cramer does is not mainstream. His view on custom bike building is somewhat pessimistic, yet he presents an engaging narrative supporting the virtues of working with your hands to restore old bikes.
