NEW ADVENTURE TOURER HELMET
Although the adventure motorcycle segment of the bike market is relatively small, it is good to see a well known gear maker producing new equipment for adventure riders. The new MX Tourer helmet by Suomy should appeal to many riders, with its crossover MX and road style features. The outer shell is hand made in Italy, constructed from TRICARBOCO composite material (a combination of Kevlar, carbon fiber, fiberglass and Aramidic resins). Suomy state the face shield is thermoformed to produce an anti-scratch and anti-fog visor that covers a pull-down second, inner tinted visor that can be used to replace the need for sunglasses. Available in six sizes and eight graphic/colour designs.
